Our system supports all standard optometric prescription formats including SPH (Sphere), CYL (Cylinder), AXIS, ADD (Addition for near vision), PD (Pupillary Distance), and prism values. You can enter prescriptions for both distance and near vision with separate OD (right eye) and OS (left eye) fields.
When you create a lens order, it's sent to your lens lab (either electronically or via printout). You can then update the order status as it moves through the pipeline: Ordered, At Lab, Dispatched, and Ready for Pickup. Each status change can trigger a WhatsApp notification to the customer automatically.
Yes. You can configure multiple insurance panels and corporate accounts. When billing a panel patient, the system automatically splits the bill between the patient's co-pay and the insurance/company portion. You can track claim submissions and reimbursement status.
