Yes, any TV or monitor with an HDMI input works perfectly. We recommend 32-inch or larger for small waiting areas, and 55-inch for bigger halls. The display board runs in a web browser, so you can use a mini PC, Android TV box, or even a Chromecast to drive it. We help you set up the optimal configuration for your space.
WhatsApp notifications are included in the Professional and Enterprise plans at no extra per-message cost — we use the WhatsApp Business API. SMS notifications are billed separately at approximately PKR 1.5 per SMS through our integrated gateway. Most clients prefer WhatsApp as it's free and supports rich messages with your branding.
